Blocking
Blocking terrain means that targeting lines cannot be drawn through it, even if there appear to be gaps. This is usually attributed to underneath a terrain feature.
Accessible
Operatives can move through Accessible terrain, but costs an additional 1”. Only the base needs to move through the terrain feature, making base sizes irrelevant. This supersedes the standard rules on base sizes and movement.

- If targeting a Engaged operative:
- Accurate 1 if over 2” and under 4” below
- Accurate 2 if over 4” below
When drawing Targeting Lines, ignore any heavy cover connected to the Vantage terrain the operative is on.
Ceiling
Operatives with a round base of 50mm or less, or an oval base of 60x35mm, can move underneath Ceiling terrain regardless of the operative’s height (this takes precedence over Terrain and Movement). The operative must still finish the action in a location it can be placed
